We can receive claims via: phone, online or directly from estimating platforms and make contact with policy holder within two-business hours.
Policyholder is immediately contacted to review claim details and initiate the repair or replacement process. Premiere can collect the deductible, receipts, and photos before sending the final invoice.
Policyholder selects replacement option that best fits their needs: mobile, network or express. Vehicles are inspected to validate the claim prior to installation.
Installation & Billing
Policyholder is scheduled for installation and/or repairs, before and after photographs are taken (when applicable) and a detailed Final Repair Bill is uploaded to our Insurance Partners.
