"My Honda Accord was vandalized, and they stole my rims and tires on 17 October. I was so shocked when I saw my car up on bricks in my driveway – I will never forget that sight! I called my insurance provider and they immediately told me about a mobile service they would come out and take care of the situation. I was surprised to hear that because I knew this was going to be hard to fix. Alyssa, my adjuster, said that Premiere Services would contact me and coordinate everything and “not to worry“. The guy from Premiere, Mike, called and was unbelievable. He had the rims and tires back on my car on the very next day. Shocking but true! Super job."

The only thing that I might suggest, is that the installer would have taken the blocks and disposed of them. I would definitely refer Premiere Services to anyone that has had this type of claim (they are happening a lot here in Houston.) Overall it was a great experience. "I went out to my car on my way to work and I saw that it was lopsided and thought it was weird. As I walked up to my car, I noticed that both left side wheels were stolen and my car was up on blocks. I called the police to report the theft and then I called my insurance provider. They were awesome! They gave me options and then they told me about Premiere Services' mobile service, and they would come to my house. It was great. My adjuster Rany connected me directly on the telephone to Premiere Services so the process was really fast! I worked with Daryl and he was totally honest, got me genuine wheel replacements and everything went extremely well. Premiere did a great job. Satisfaction score… Definitely a 10!"

"My husband’s car had its wheels and tires stolen and it was a nightmare. We immediately called our insurance company and they referred us over to Premiere Services. We gave them a call and they were extremely helpful. There was such a feeling of confidence that they were going to get the wheels back on the car as quickly as possible. And they did!
